Again WhatsApp having issues in service

The Facebook-owned world’s most favourite instant messaging application WhatsApp is being in the news almost every day. Sometimes it’s because of its new features and sometimes because of the outage. Now in the list, the WhatsApp has added another issue. As it is having a seizure but which makes trouble for users, let’s find out what it is.

The problem is facing the users of India and a several numbers of users already reported that WhatsApp has stopped working for them. Users are seeing a message which reads as “WhatsApp became obsolete on 13 Jan 2018. Please go to the Google Play Store to download the latest version“. And when users go to the Play Store, they aren’t seeing any ‘Update’ button and are only presented with Uninstall and Open. That’s not it, the error message is also followed by another message which says “Tap “Leave Testing Program” if you no longer wish to receive the WhatsApp testing version.“.

Moreover, users also see a message which reads as ‘Leave testing program‘, and this message is seen by those users who are not enrolled in the beta program of the WhatsApp. This issue was there for some time now, but it has increased from the last weekend another. Another thing which we should notice, the majority of the users who faced this problem on the devices of Xiaomi.

How to get rid off

You can get rid of from this issue by uninstalling the WhatsApp and reinstall it from Google Play Store, or by downloading the apk from the official website of WhatsApp and install it. And if you are installing the APK which you downloaded from the official website of WhatsApp, then be sure to turn off the ‘Unknown Source’  option from your settings app on your device.

The developers and the top level officers of WhatsApp should work more seriously, as it is now the world’s most using messaging platform to share personal as well as official stuffs and having trouble on regular basis is not sounds good.
