The latest beta version for iOS 22.23.0.71 is the ability to set up Avatar. The feature tracker of WhatsApp has shared a screenshot of the new capability and we can able to set up Avatar and you can also choose an avatar to use as a profile photo and send to others.

It is also said that WhatsApp is now working on a feature that will enable you to forward media with a caption. It is worth mentioning that this particular capability is available on WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.24.2.
