Testing and bringing new features are nothing for the very popular instant messaging application WhatsApp and today we got a new piece of information about the application and the source says that the company will be bringing a feature which will be similar to a Voicemail. So let’s get into the article to check out the new feature.
It is reported that the developers of WhatsApp are currently working on a voicemail like feature for missed calls and this information came out through the latest beta version for Android. Now let’s check out how the feature will work.
When you call someone on WhatsApp and the voice call goes unanswerd then WhatsApp will display a new option dubbed the record voice message shortcut on the screen along with the call again and cancel buttons. If you tap on the record voice message option, the instant messaging application will also display in the chat with that person.
Basically, the developers are implementing a new shortcut button and it will enable you to quickly send audio messages to the person who was not able to attend your voice call.
We don’t have any clue about the availability of the feature at the moment of time but we believe that the company will release the feature in the stable version very soon. You guys are recommended to stick with us for more updates from the world of technology at your fingertips.
