After enabling auto disappearing in text and media now WhatsApp is testing the auto disappearing feature with audio messages. Yes, the platform is now working to enable you to set expiry date on your voice messages and the same will disappear automatically.
The feature will work exactly the same as the view once feature which the company introduced a few years ago, that means the receiver cannot able to save or forward your voice message to keep it.
You can able to send disappearing voice message by simply tapping the “1” button next to the send button and the same will enable the “View Once” feature for the audio message. Once the recipient has played the voice message, it will disappear automatically.
It is worth mentioning that the feature is currently available in the beta version for Android of WhatsApp at the moment and we don’t have any idea about the availability of the feature in the stable version of the instant messaging application.
