Polls feature is already available on WhatsApp and the same is available on both individual and group chats. We got a new piece of information that says the company is currently working to expand the feature to the newly implemented WhatsApp Channels section. WhatsApp is currently testing the feature in the latest beta version for the Android platform and the same will enable testers to create a poll within the channels. It will enable users to create questions with up to 12 answers.
The icon will be showcased in green colour instead of the usual yellow colour. The core functionality will be the same as what we are familiar.
