It is reported that the developers of WhatsApp will be offering a heart shaped button to like the status of your friends and family and the new button will be available next to the reply bar just below the status.
This is similar to Instagram as we have a heart shaped button next to the reply bar on Instagram to like a story.
It is said that the new feature is currently being tested on the Android platform. We don’t have any clue about the availability of the feature in the stable version of WhatsApp. We believe that the developers will be releasing the feature very soon and it is pretty handy as well.
