The animated Avatar pack is spotted Android 2.23.15.6 update and the same might not be available to everyone because the feature is currently in the development stage.
It is said that the upcoming update of WhatsApp will make the process automatic and there is no need to manually select different aspects of the avatar such as face shape, hair, skin tone, and so on.
The report is also suggesting that WhatsApp will be offering an animated avatar collection. This feature will be rolled out for those who set up their avatar on the platform.
