The developers of the world’s most favourite instant messaging application WhatsApp are pushing new features on a regular basis and now it is spotted that they are testing a new feature on the latest beta version of WhatsApp Web.
WhatsApp is bringing the new chat lock feature for the WhatsApp Web and this will be adding an extra layer of security and privacy to your chats. The new feature will be visible through a lock icon on the right side of the application and when you click on the same, it will offer access to all of your locked chats.
It is also reported that the developers are working on a new interface for the web version of WhatsApp and that makes major design changes. There is a new side panel that has your chats, status updates, communities, locked chats, archived chats, and starred messages. You will also find the settings menu of the service down below the sidebar and it gives a clean look with easy access to all the features on the board.
