It is now reported that WhatsApp is testing an inbuilt chatbot and the same will be available inside WhatsApp which will showcase the new feature and also offer tips and tricks. It will also allow you to learn more about privacy and safety. Moreover, the chat will be end-to-end encrypted as well.
However, you cannot able to reply to the chatbox and if you want to offer feedback then you need to visit the official website of WhatsApp using the browser on your smartphone, tablet, or PC.
The upcoming chatbot is currently in the beta version of the platform but we believe that the same will be available in the iOS platform in the near future.
