The company is eliminating its support from the older device which is in or purchased before 2015, as the company will stop working WhatsApp from the smartphones which are running on Android 2.3.7 and older along with IOS 8 or older.

How to save data
You guys can able to save chats, open the WhatsApp > hit the ‘three dots‘ > Tap on More > Export Chat > and select whether you want to include media or not. Then you need to select the platform. Having said that, this option isn’t available in Germany.
