It has been spotted that there is a hidden feature in the latest Insider build of Windows 11 and the same confirms the capability to control RGB components. Microsoft is actually adding lighting controls to the personalization menu within the windows 11 settings app.
The new capability will offer an overview of all your RGB components including external as well. It will enable you to adjust the brightness and colour easily. You can even select from a variety of effects as well as speed. The new capability will also enable you to sync the lighting with your Windows accent colour as well.
