It is reported that the developers of X have been testing a new UI on Android and the upcoming design will be looking a lot like iOS Liquid Glass design. With the latest update, the bottom bar now floats as a rounded pill, and the selected tab sits inside a glass style bubble.
DMs get floating rounded buttons on top, and the chat bar has a + button with a mic on the right. Overall, the app looks cleaner, rounder and a lot more modern than the old flat 𝕏 look.
