The device will be powered by the newly announced Snapdragon flagship mobile processor and it is also reported that it will feature a 50 megapixel primary sensor on the back as well. It is tipped that the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra will feature a 6.7-inch quad-HD+ AMOLED LTPO display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is worth mentioning that previously it was reported that the device will feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED 2K curved display with a 20:9 aspect ratio along with a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,700 nits of peak brightness.
It is also said that the upcoming Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor along with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The device is also reported to feature a triple rear camera setup and that will be in the combination of a 50-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) along with a 48-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 48-megapixel periscope telephoto shooter and the same has a 5x optical zoom. It is also expected that the upcoming device may feature another time-of-flight (ToF) sensor and a Laser AF. It is also said that the device will feature a 20-megapixel front camera.
Xiaomi 12 Ultra may house a 4,800mAh battery with 67W wired as well as 50W wireless charging. Having said that, it was previously reported that the upcoming device will have a 4,860mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The device is also believed to run on Android 12 with MIUI 13 OS, and it is expected to be announced next month in China.
