Xiaomi 13 series was announced in the market of China in the last few days of 2022 and the smartphone series includes the vanilla variant along with the Pro variant. It was reported that the company might be announced the Ultra variant next month along with the global launching of the smartphone series and the same was believed to happen during the upcoming MWC 2023 event.

It is reported that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will not be announced anytime soon and the same is reported to be announced in the late days of March or in the early days of April this year.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be offering a quad-camera setup along with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 50-megapixel primary camera. It is also said that all the camera sensors of the device may have PDAF autofocus, and the primary camera is likely to support gimbal optimization. The device will be powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 500GB/1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
