According to the latest information, the upcoming Xiaomi 13T series will feature a CrystalRes AMOLED display along with a 144Hz refresh rate. The source is saying that the Xiaomi 13T smartphone is powered by a 4nm flagship chipset, whereas the 13T Pro is equipped with a leading 4nm chip. But there is no information on the name of the chipsets.

It is also reported that the upcoming Xiaomi 13T will be coming with an 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant while the big brother will be coming with 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage option. The devices will be running on Android 13 with MIUI 14 out of the box.
Both smartphones will feature Leica-optimized cameras on the board but there is no information about the camera specifications. The upcoming Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro will support 67W and 120W fast charging, respectively and the smartphone series will be housing a 5,000mAh battery.
