Earlier today, the top most executive of the Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi confirmed that the much awaited Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone will be announced before the end of this month. The device is expected to be announced on February 26 and this information is obtained through a recent leak.
Now the company has started the pre-reservation of the smartphone in the markets of China. There is no other information about the device and we are looking forward to learn more about the device from the official side.
The upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be coming with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile processor and a recently leaked image of the device revealed that it will be inspired by the design of the Leica M1 rangefinder camera and it is also confirmed that the device will feature a stunning silver-black dual-tone finish.
It is also showcased that the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Ultra has a massive round camera module and it is taking almost the entire space of the top half of the device. The device features a pill-shaped LED flash along with a Leica logo, and four cameras, including a periscope telephoto camera. The device is expected to come with a massive 6,000mAh battery.
The device has a text dubbed Leica branding, which reads “LEICA VARIO-SUMMILUX 1:1.63-26/14-100 ASPH,”. The upcoming Xiaomi flagship smartphone also features a Leica Summilux lens with a main camera aperture of f/1.63. The periscope telephoto lens of the device has an f/2.6 aperture, a 100mm equivalent focal length, an effective aperture of f/9.828, and a physical focal length of 26.4mm. The ultra-wide-angle lens of the device has a 14mm focal length.
