The Xiaomi 16 series is the next flagship smartphone series of the Chinese electronics giant and the company is expected to launch the smartphone series in October this year. A new leaked CAD render of the device appears online and the same is shared by tipster Majin Bu. We can see that the upcoming Xiaomi 16 will continue to feature a triple camera layout and squircle-shaped camera housing. Having said that, the Leica branding has been moved to the bottom-right of the camera module and the LED flash is available on the right side of the rear camera module.
The render also shows a dual-tone back and the darker area might be a cut-out for a wireless charging coil. The company is expected to launch the device with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 and it will be running on Android 16.
