The Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the upcoming Xiaomi 17 series will be announced tomorrow which means on September 25 in the markets of China, and the smartphone series with include the Xiaomi 17 series will include the Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro, and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max devices. There will be an Ultra variant and it will be announced next year.
Today the company has shared the display technology of the upcoming Xiaomi 17 series. It is confirmed that the company will be launching the devices with the all-new M10 screen luminescence technology and the company will be using domestically produced new red luminescent material with a world-leading luminous efficiency of 82.1 cd/A.
It is also revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi 17 Pro Max will be launched with an ultra-advanced display technology and the device will feature super pixels, a breakthrough in small-sized OLED technology. The device will be coming with full RGB pixels and the same are independently arranged.
The company will be launching the upcoming devices with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC along with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16. The upcoming Xiaomi 17 Pro models will be coming with a secondary rear display.
