According to the reliable source Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Xiaomi 17 Ultra will feature a large main camera sensor with an f/1.6 aperture along with next-generation LOFIC technology for improved light handling and reduced glare. The sensor of the device is expected to feature an effective aperture of around f/4.5.
The 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens of the device will be capable of superior medium- and long-range zoom with an effective aperture near f/8.6. This periscope lens will reportedly coming with Xiaomi’s exclusive full-lens optical system. It is expected that the device will feature a large flat display and a distinct circular camera deco.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be coming with a 50-megapixel main camera with in-sensor zoom technology and lossless focal range transitions along with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 telephoto sensor, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPE periscope telephoto lens with 4×4 RMSC technology. The device is also expected to feature a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50M front camera.
The upcoming Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch OLED 2K display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset along with features like an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, and enhanced vibration motor.
