Xiaomi has officially announced to host a new event in China on March 19 where the company will be introducing multiple new devices. The company has also revealed the important features of the upcoming devices. The company will be launching products such as Xiaomi Book Pro 14, Xiaomi Watch S5 & new generation Xiaomi SU7.
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 is the upcoming laptop and the same is confirmed to come with a 14.6-inch OLED display along with 3.1K screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 1600 nits peak brightness. The device also supports a 129cm2 pressure-sensitive touch pad with support for quick gestures along with dual hard drive bays with reserved expansion slots, a reserved M.2 2280 hard drive bay and supports up to 4TB capacity. The device features 40Gbps Thunderbolt 4, 10Gbps full-featured USB-C, 5Gbps USB-A, HDMI 2.1 TDMS and 3.5mm audio jack.
While the upcoming Xiaomi Watch S5 features a brand-new four-light along with four-PD sensor array and it also come with the self-developed heart rate algorithm and the same is upgraded to version 2.0, and heart rate accuracy is as high as 94%. The device also comes with a new Sleep Algorithm 2.0 that improves sleep onset and wake-up accuracy by 11%. The motion positioning accuracy of the device is also improved by 33% with the new dual-frequency GNSS satellite positioning chip and the device also supports satellite search and positioning for 5 major galaxy systems: BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS.
The latest smartwatch also supports multi-dimensional health monitoring, including heart rate, stress and women’s health. The device also supports 150+ sports modes along with an 815mAh Xiaomi Jinshajiang battery and it is promised to provide 21-day battery life in Bluetooth usage and 14-day battery life in eSIM usage.
Coming to the new generation Xiaomi SU7, the standard CLTC has a range of 720km while the Pro version of the CLTC has a range of 902km, and the Max version of the CLTC has a range of 835km. The entire models of the vehicle will support fast charging along with a silicon-carbon high-voltage platform. The standard version supports a peak voltage 752V and 16-minute charging provides up to 450km of range, and maximum charging rate is 3.5C. While the Pro version features a peak voltage 752V, 15-minute charging provides up to 490km of range, maximum charging rate is 3.5C. The Max version supports a peak voltage 897V, 15-minute charging provides up to 670km of range, maximum charging rate is 5.2C.
The new generation SU7 comes with the power of V6s Plus Super Motor and the same increases the maximum speed to 22,000 rpm. The Max version comes with a peak power of 288 kW, and the Standard/Pro version comes with a peak power of 235 kW.
