Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra Specifications
Starting with the display it features a 6.81-inch curved Samsung E4 AMOLED QUAD HD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is certified by Dolby Vision and has 10bit support, and has HDR10+ certification and supports MEMC too. It is capable of achieving a maximum brightness of 1700 nits and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. In addition, there is a secondary display at the back next to the camera array that shows notifications, battery level, weather, health alerts and so on. If the Ultra-Low Power saving mode is activated it gives a standby time of 55 hours.
The secondary screen features a 1.1” AMOLED panel with a resolution of 126 x 294 pixels and has a 450 nits peak brightness. It can be used as a viewfinder and supports the Always-on-Display feature. Under the hood, the Mi 11 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and is paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Coming to the camera department, the Mi 11 Ultra rocks a triple rear camera lead by a Samsung GN2 50MP sensor with f/1.95 aperture and 1/1.12” sensor size, which is the largest ever in any smartphone yet. It also supports Optical Image Stabilisation and is covered by an 8P lens. The camera features 4-in-1 binning resulting in a pixel size of 2.8µm. Next, we have two 48MP Sony IMX586 Sensors with support for 5x optical zoom, 120x digital zoom and the other one is an ultrawide angle camera that has a 128-degree FOV and it can shoot macro photos as well. All three cameras can record 8K videos and supports night mode as well. It features a 20MP camera unit for a selfie. There is an under-display fingerprint scanner for additional security.
In terms of connectivity, it supports WiFi-6 Enhanced, Bluetooth 5.2, NAVIC, dual SIM 5G, NFC and an IR blaster. The speakers are tuned by Harman Kardon and are Hi-Res certified. It comes with IP68 dust and water resistance. It is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 67W wired and wireless charging which can top up the battery in under 40 minutes. As it’s the flagship of the company the phone supports 10W reverse wireless charging. However, the company only bundles a 55W charger in the box. Its software is based on Android 11 with MIUI 12 skin on top.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has been launched in India with a price tag of ₹69,999 and will be available in Ceramic White and Ceramic Black colours.
