Xiaomi Files Patent For Pop-up Camera Phone With 7 Sensors

The experiments for achieving more screen space and better camera on a smartphone is continuously going on, as the popular Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi has filed a new patent for the upcoming smartphone which will have a pop-up camera setup and it will accommodate up to seven sensors. That’s pretty big, isn’t?

Xiaomi successfully has done the needful at the CNIPA (China National Intellectual Property Administration), and the same will have the three distinct varieties of the design.

It will have two dual-camera setups on the front as well as back and the patent also reveal that the device will feature a dual setup on the front and a five sensor array at the rear. Moreover, the pop-up setup is quite wide and takes the most of the space above the screen.
