The Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi has announced a new Smartwatch called Xiaomi Heylou Solar, and as the name suggests it is not a solar powered device but it comes with a really long lasting battery. The company claims that the device is capable to offer 30 days of battery life on a single charge.

It will offer a 340 mAh battery and that is claimed to offer 30 days battery life and it also comes with the 24 hour heart rate sensor and if you enable this feature 24/7 then the device will offer half of its promised battery life but still, it’s not a bad deal. Moreover, it is also coming with IP68 rated and that means you can take it into the pool as well as in the rain.
Along with the heart rate sensor, the device also comes with multiple exercise modes as well as sleep quality sensor. It also comes with a 1.28 inch circular display with 240 X 240 pixels resolution and also comes with 22mm silicone straps. In terms of body, the device has metal setup.
The latest Xiaomi Heylou Solar also comes with the regular capabilities of a Smartwatch which will provide you notifications, music controls, weather information, and more. The device runs on proprietary software and you need to download the Heylou Fit app to pair the watch with your smartphone. Moreover, the device also comes with Bluetooth 5.0 for the connectivity purpose. Finally, the Xiaomi Heylou Solar Smartwatch will connect with the smartphones which runs on Android as well as iOS.
Speaking about the pricing and availability, the smartwatch is priced at CNY 150 and it is available via crowdfunding pro and if the company reaches the target then it will start shipping from May 18.
