Xiaomi Eco-Chain Enterprise Moaan launches InkPalm Plus ebook reader. It comes with a 5.84 inch screen and is powered by a RockChip RK3566 processor. The new ebook reader has a 2: 1 aspect ratio and a front-light e-ink display for optimal reading.
The InkPalm Plus’ 5.84-inch front-light display has 24 levels of brightness. It supports color temperature adjustments. It uses Android 11-based operating system and offers various formats suitable for the device. InkPalm Plus supports many third-party Android apps, including e-reader applications.
Xiaomi InkPalm Plus eReader offers 30 days of battery life from its 2,200mAh battery. The battery is 100% charged in 2.5 hours with a 5V charger.
InkPalm Plus’s Rockchip RK3566 processor offers 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Although the InkPalm Plus reflects significant improvements over its predecessor, it is still low in speed and storage capacity. There are a lot of smaller e-readers, but the InkPalm Plus still attracts a segment of the market. It’s thinner, lighter and a little easier than some entry – level models from the Amazon Kindle.
Xiaomi InkPalm Plus is currently only available for pre-order in China. Global availability may follow later. However, it should be noted that the Chinese version, which can be easily configured into English, may be sent with the Android 11 interface. The same was the case with the Inkpam 5, although this time Xiaomi could offer a live English version.
