In January Xiaomi launched Redmi Note 4 in India which is doing a great job in the Indian smartphone industry. Few days ago Xiaomi started sending press invite for there launch event. Now today they made there new entry level phone official, and that’s Redmi 4A. An event was held at New Delhi and this time Xiaomi didn’t live streamed this event on YouTube or even at there website. So what’s inside this phone? Let’s find out.
Under the hood this Redmi 4A is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 425 octa core processor clocked at 1.4Ghz with adreno 308 GPU. It sports a compact 5” HD 720p display with 294 PPI. It has a polycarbonate body with 8.5mm thickness and just 131.5gm . It has 13MP Rear Facing Camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5-element lens & single tone LED flash, and it also has 5MP front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture and beautify. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with SD card support upto 128GB. It packs a 3120mah battery which will be good enough for it. It runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top, but nougat update will come out very soon. It supports dual 4G SIMs with VoLTE.
Redmi 4A will be available in Dark Grey, Gold and Rose Gold colour. It is priced at Rs.5999 and will be available from 23rd March on Mi.com and Amazon India. Stay tuned with us for more information.
