As promised earlier, Xiaomi has launched its latest and greatest Mi 10 smartphone in the market of India and the company launched the device via an online event. Having said that, the smartphone was originally planned to launch in India in March but due to the lockdown, the company postponed the launch.
The camera department is the highlighting segment of the new smartphone, the company offers 108 megapixel camera sensor in this particular device the new Mi 10 is also coming with the next-generation 5G connectivity on the board. Specifications of Mi 10
It features a 6.67 inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with 2340 X 1080 pixels resolution and the device also supports a 90Hz refresh rate as well as 180Hz touch sampling rate. Moreover, the device also has a punch hole set up at the top of the display and it can offer up to 1,120 nits of brightness. Under the hood, the device is powered by Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and Xiaomi launched the 8GB LPDDR5 RAM variant in India. In terms of storage, the device offers 128/256 GB of internal storage with UFS 3.0.
Moving to the photography department, the latest Mi 10 rocks a quad rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 108-megapixel primary sensor with a 7-element lens, 1/1.33-inch sensor, and OIS support, followed by a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 123-degree field of view and f/2.4 aperture, along with a pair of 2-megapixel cameras with f/2.4 aperture. The camera is also capable to record 8K videos. The smartphone also supports a single 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports dual mode 5G, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth v5, NFC, and USB Type-C. For security, the smartphone supports an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock along with the traditional security options. The latest Mi 10 runs MIUI 11 based on Android 10 and packs a 4,780 mAh battery with 30W wired charging and 30W wireless charging, and the smartphone also supports 10W reverse wireless charging.

The 8GB+128GB variant is priced at ₹49,999 while the 8GB+256GB variant costs ₹54,999. The smartphone will available for pre-order from 2 pm onwards today via Amazon and Mi.com.
