After launching Mi Credit service in the Indian market in this year, and the service offers loans to the users. Well, now the company has announced its mobile payment service in India and it will be called Mi Pay. Xiaomi wants to give a head-to-head competition with the current leading payments service providers of the country like Paytm and Google Pay. The Mi Pay will allow users to make payments from there device and they can use application for the payment of their phone bills, water bills, electricity bills and more. This payment service will allow users to use debit cards, credit card, internet banking, and UPI.
The all new Mi Pay is supported by ICICI Bank and PayU in the country, and, the company says that this service has got clearance from National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for large group usage and currently the beta testing of the service is going live in the country.
