After the news of xiaomi plans to release its next gen chipset S2, further reports claim that the maker will be adding the s2 chipset in its upcoming smartphone Mi 6C and Mi 6S.
The xiaomi Mi 6C is likely to have an attractive design with 2.5G curved Glass on the both sides. The Mi 6C will feature an aluminum unibody design with reduced bezel which makes it’s slightly thicker than the Mi 6.apart from that we don’t have any details on display size and type.
At the processor side, the smartphone will hold a Surge S2 chipset with four Cortex A73 cores and four Cortex A53 cores coupled with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage.The smartphone is also said to have Mali-G71MP12 GPU. The S2 chipset is the advanced version of the Surge S1 chipset which debuted in Mi 5C earlier this year.
The leaked render clearly shows that the smartphone won’t have a 3.5mm audio jack and offers a 5-megapixel secondary camera with LED flash and the primary camera to use Sony IMX386 sensor with OIS.
The smartphone is said to be launched in two variants, the one with 4/64GB variant is priced at 1999 yuan which is Rs 19,000 approximately while the 6/128 GB variant is priced at 2499 Yuan which is Rs 23,500 approx.we don’t know any details regarding the smartphone other than this when we get to know all about the device we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
