Before the launching of the new Xiaomi Pad 6 in the market of India on June 13, the company has officially announced a price cut on its predecessor. The company has reduced up to Rs 1000 on the pricing of the Xiaomi Pad 5.
The 128 GB variant of the Xiaomi Pad 5 has been reduced by Rs 1,000, while the 256GB version has seen a price drop of Rs 500. The device is now available with a price tag of Rs 25,999 for the 128 GB variant and the 256GB variant is available for Rs 28,499.
The Chinese company is also offering an instant discount of Rs 2,000 on purchases if you make the payment using an ICICI bank credit card.
Specifications of Xiaomi Pad 5
The device features an 11-inch LCD display with 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution along with a high refresh rate of 120Hz, a PPI of up to 275, and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. It also features anti-blue light and true colour display functions. Xiaomi Pad 5 supports Dolby Atmos and the same also features four built-in speakers.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 860 processor and the same is paired with 6GB RAM along with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage.
Xiaomi Pad 5 features a single 13MP rear camera with LED flash along with a single 8MP camera at the front which also supports Face unlock.
It packs an 8720mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and the same runs on the new MIUI For Pad operating system. The MIUI For Pad brings features such as custom input methods, split screens, small windows, parallel windows, and other functions.
The device is also coming with the Xiaomi Smart Pen, which is a stylus pen and features a two-button design.
