Now it is reported that the company is planning to make its audio products in India. The company will be manufacturing the products in collaboration with Optiemus.
In a statement to Reuters, Xiaomi has confirmed that it will manufacture its first local audio gadget at Optiemus Electronics’ factory and the same is located at the northern state of the country and the same is in Uttar Pradesh. The company reiterated its commitment to increasing the production of locally sourced components by 50% by 2025.
We don’t have any information about the type of audio product which will be manufactured in India but it is good to know that the company is planning to manufacture more products on the soils of India.
