Xiaomi launches its second-generation OLED Tv on August 10 in China. The brand will also unveil the flagship Mi Mix 4, Mi pad 5 series and high end smart speaker. Xiaomi launched its first generation OLED Tv lineup last year and now the brand has teased that it’s second-generation OLED TV that will the “define OLED Tvs again”.
The teaser doesn’t reveal much details on the upcoming Tvs. The sources report that the second-generation OLED Tv will be available in two different sizes 55 and 65 inches respectively.
The last year launched Mi OLED smart Tv is available only in a 65-inch display size. The first generation OLED Tv has a resolution of 4k and 120a Hz refresh rate. The device also supported MEMC motion compensation, VRR Variable refresh rate, and automatic switching between gaming and normal modes. These Tvs had a bezel-less screen with a 98% screen-to-body ratio. It also features Dc dimming, automatic low latency mode and professional gaming modes.
We can expect more premium featured on the second-generation OLED Tvs than the first generation The major difference is that it will come with NVidia G-sync support.
