The device will be coming with a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display along with 466 x 466 pixels resolution and always-on mode. The device features a large bezel around the screen and it will be 5ATM water-resistant.
The upcoming Xiaomi Watch 2 is reported to come with the power of the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 quad-core chipset. It is said to offer up to 65 hours of battery life and the device will be running on Google’s wearOS. It will come with pre-installed apps including Google Wallet, Google Maps, Play Store, and more. The upcoming Xiaomi Watch 2 is expected to support Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi, NFC, GPS, and GNSS. It is said to miss an LTE-compatible variant of the device.
It is also reported that the Xiaomi Watch 2 will come with 150 sports modes along with popular health-related features including sleep monitor, SpO2 sensor, heart-rate monitor, and step counter.
The report is also suggesting that the Xiaomi Watch 2 will come with a price tag between EUR 199 to EUR 219 depending on the market.
