The latest Xiaomi Watch S5 starts at 1,199 yuan for the regular variant and 1,399 yuan for the eSIM variant. The regular variant is available in black and silver colour options while the eSIM variant comes in Forged Carbon and Midnight Blue colour options.
Xiaomi has introduced the device with an integrated bezel design with a 316L stainless steel body. The Midnight Blue version comes in a ceramic bezel with 24 facets, while the Forged Carbon option uses a layered forging process. The crown of the device features a concentric-circle design.
The latest Xiaomi Watch S5 comes with three stainless steel bezel versions, with different strap combinations depending on the model. The black and silver options come with fluoroelastomer straps, while the eSIM variant features a silver case with a gray leather strap.
It also comes with a new four-light, four-PD sensor setup, and the company says that the device will be offering 98.4 percent heart rate accuracy. Its sleep tracking uses a new algorithm that improves sleep onset and wake detection by around 11 percent.
The device comes with a 1.48-inch AMOLED along with 480 × 480 pixels resolution and peak brightness of up to 2,500 nits. The watch also comes with a dual-frequency GNSS chip for improved location accuracy, along with a new cycling mode that supports cycling computer features and third-party Bluetooth power meters.
Xiaomi has introduced the latest Xiaomi Watch S5 comes with up to 21 days of battery life and the device is deeply integrated with its broader ecosystem. It also works with the Xiaomi Auto app, including support for newer vehicles like the Xiaomi SU7 and YU7.
