ZTE Blade A7 Prime & Blade 10 Prime Unveiled

For past 1 year almost every other smartphone has a glass back or polycarbonate back, which looks like glass but actually is plastic. Even an entry-level smartphone of 2019 has polycarbonate back. And that’s simply because mass consumers want it. But still, there are few people who love those matte finish back on a smartphone without any case or skin. And for those ZTE has unveiled two new smartphones named Blade A7 Prime and Blade 10 Prime. So without any further delay, let’s see what both smartphones bring.

ZTE Blade A7 Prime:

Starting off with the more cheaper smartphone amongst the two, i.e. ZTE Blade A7 Prime. This A7 Prime had a matte cloth style back material which I personally like very much (miss those old OnePlus smartphones with sandstone back). It sports a 6.09 inch of IPS LCD display with HD+ (1520×720) resolution and 282 pixel density (ppi). It comes with MediaTek Helio A22 quad core processor clocked at 2.0Ghz, along with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, along with MicroSD card slot.

This ZTE Blade A7 Prime has a single camera at the back, that’s a 16MP sensor with f2.0 aperture, and PDAF. There’s a LED flash below as well. It can record videos up to 1080p at 30fps. Then there’s a 5MP front facing camera with f2.2 aperture. It runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box. The battery capacity on this device is 3,200mAh. Fingerprint sensor is mounted at the back, and there’s a single firing speaker as well. For connectivity it has 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Type-C port. It’s available in single colour option i.e. matte grey, and the power button has a nice red accent.

ZTE Blade 10 Prime:

This is the more powerful smartphone with more bumped up features than the A7 Prime. This ZTE Blade 10 Prime has simple plastic back, not the matte finish as the other one. It sports a bigger 6.3 inch of IPS LCD display with Full HD+ (2280×1080) resolution and 400 pixel density (ppi). It comes with MediaTek Helio P60 octa core processor clocked at 2.0 Ghz, along with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, that’s expandable via MicroSD card.

The ZTE Blade 10 Prime has a dual camera setup at the back. Primary is the 16MP sensor with f1.8 aperture and PDAF. Secondary is a 5MP depth sensor with f2.2. aperture. There’s an LED flash below. It can record videos up to 1080p at 30fps. There’s a 16MP front facing camera with f2.0 aperture. It runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box. The battery capacity on this device is 3,200mAh with 18W fast charging support. Fingerprint sensor is mounted at the back, and there’s a single firing speaker as well. For connectivity it has 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Type-C port. It’s available in single Black colour option, and the power button has a nice red accent.
