Back in March, Google announced Android O and in the Google I/O event we got the beta preview. And during the event, we got to know about the new features of new OS. Now a report says, that the all new Android O to be called as Oatmeal Cookie.
Till now it was considered that the new OS to be called as Oreo, but some references have been found in the source code suggesting that Android O to be called as Oatmeal Cookie.
These references are not directly indicating Oatmeal Cookie, but are written as ‘oc-dev’. Moreover, the source also says that this build is being tested on the Google Pixel.
There is no official comment about this, so we have to wait for the official announcement. Stay tuned with us, we will bring the latest information.
