Recently we got an leaked image of a new BlackBerry device named as ‘BlackBerry Motion’. It was said to come without physical keyboard unlike other BlackBerry phones. Now today BlackBerry officially unveiled this BlackBerry Motion device. They unveiled this phone at the GITEX 2017 event in Dubai. Now let’s have a look what this phone packs in.
This BlackBerry Motion comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 octa core processor, which is an old processor but still quite popular. It sports a 5.5” Full HD 1080p display without any physical keyboard. It has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage along with expandable storage via MicroSd Card. It has 12MP Rear Camera with f2.0 lens, LED flash, and 8MP front. It packs in a 4000mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 support. This phone is IP67 certified for dust and water resistance. Talking about the software this phone runs on Android 7.1 nougat out of the box with promised update for Android Oreo by early 2018. It has all usual BlackBerry apps like BlackBerry Hub and DTEK. For connectivity it has 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, GPS and USB Type C Port.

- It is priced at AED 1,699 in UAE and SAR 1,699 in Saudi Arabia (approximately INR 30,000/USD 460).
- It will be 1st available in Middle East.
