Everyone is familiar with the feature called Bluetooth, since it is introduced we all use the feature to transfer files from one device to another. Way back in June, the Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group) has announced Bluetooth 5. And now its officially set arrival as the technology is ready to be on board.
The Bluetooth 5 is coming with lots improvements, it transfers with 2x speed, 4x range and 8x broadcast message capacity. The main aim of the new version of Bluetooth is targeted at IoT (Internet of Things) technologies, which needs strong connection to provide information instantly even in large space.
The new technology will also reduce the interference and improves the connectivity. You don’t need to worry about the battery consumption as the new version uses very low power.
The company says new version of products will be available within two to six months, which means it could be at CES 2017.
