Over the past few days, Motorola is one of those OEM whose phones are daily getting into the launches, teasers and especially leaks. Two of those phones are Moto G5S+ and Moto X4. These two phones comes in upper mid-range and premium mid-range segment respectively. Now today we have some leaked specs of both the devices along with a leaked rendered image of Moto G5S+. These leaks came from a reliable source Andri Yatim. So let’s have a look..
The #motoG5S+ is a 5.5", 3068mAh phone with SD626 and metal build. The #X4 is 5.2", SD660 and features alloy and 3D Glass, 3800mAh battery.
As you can see from the tweet above, there’s a comparison of some specs of both phones. The Moto G5S+ will have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 626 octa core processor, 5.5” display, metal build and a weird 3068mAh battery inside. While the Moto X4 will have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 octa core processor, 5.2” display, alloy & 3D Glass build, and 3800mah battery. Though the screen resolution is not mentioned but we all know that over the past 1-2 years, most of the mid-range phone comes with 1080p Full HD display. Let’s see that what type of display they will use, AMOLED or IPS LCD ?

In the 2nd tweet above, the leakster is comparing some of the advantages of Moto X4 over the Moto G5S+. According to him the Moto X4 will have a more premium build, Snapdragon 660 SoC, bigger 3800mAh battery, and most importantly the IP68 water & dust resistance. So now it’s confirmed that Moto X4 will be the premium phone as compared to Moto G5S+.
Now coming to the 3rd & final leak, this leaks gives information about the pricing and Camera. This Moto G5S+ will come with Dual Camera Setup and the pricing will be between INR 18,999 to INR 19,999. So it clearly mentions that it will be a slightly upper version of Moto G5 Plus.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Now as looking at the specs of these phones, the pricing of atleast Moto G5S+ looks decent. Although there are two launches of Motorola phones in June, 1st on 21st June and 2nd on 27th June. Stay tuned with us for more information.
