TCL P80 Series And TCL Tab A1 Series With NXTPAPER Displays Unveiled

TCL has officially introduced new products during the ongoing IFA 2026 event. The company has introduced the latest TCL P80 series, including the TCL P80, TCL P80 Pro, and TCL P80 Ultra. The company has also launched the new TCL Tab A1 series and the same includes four models with 11-inch and 12.2-inch screen options, offered in both standard and NXTPAPER variants. We don’t have any information about the pricing and availability of the new products of the Grand at the moment of time. Talking about the new TCL P80 series, which is said to be designed around different priorities, including mobile photography, display comfort, everyday performance and slim design. The P80 Ultra is the top end model of the smartphone series and the same features a 50-megapixel 3x periscope telephoto camera with optical and electronic image stabilisation. The device also comes with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with a 1/1.56-inch sensor with OIS and EIS, along with an 8-megapixel autofocus ultra-wide-angle camera. The device also features a 32-megapixel front camera.

While the TCL P80 Pro comes with a 1.5K NXTPAPER AMOLED display and the device has a 5,800mAh battery. The vanilla variant features a 1.5K AMOLED display and the company has not revealed the complete specifications.

Coming to the TCL Tab A1 Series, the TCL Tab A1 models feature 11-inch displays with 2.1K resolution and refresh rates of up to 90Hz. The Tab A1 Plus models have a larger 12.2-inch display with 2.4K resolution, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and up to a 120Hz refresh rate.

The company has also said that the devices with the NXTPAPER models are designed for better reading, studying or working. The technology incorporates anti-glare and anti-reflection treatments, hardware-level blue-light control and different display modes. The latest TCL Tab A1 Plus NXTPAPER also features a dedicated NXTPAPER Key, which provides quick access to three display experiences — Standard Mode, Color Paper Mode and Ink Paper Mode.

All the tablets run Android 16 and include Google services alongside TCL’s productivity features. You will be getting customisable gestures, which provide quicker access to AI functions.
