The WhatsApp Payments, is the major service is going to roll out in the instant messaging application WhatsApp. We are hearing about the Payments from last year and the developer of WhatsApp started to test the Payments service in India from February this year. However, the company hasn’t announced the date of official roll out of the feature but the company has announced that they will give 24/7 support for the WhatsApp Payments in India.
An official of the WhatsApp has confirmed that the company will give 24-hour customer support for Payments in India, once the service is rolled out to all the users of the country. And users can able to contact to WhatsApp via email and toll free number. Having said that the company will offer the support in four different languages – English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.
It’s worth noting that you can contact WhatsApp regarding queries about the payments service, you also have to talk with your bank for any issue. Having said that, WhatsApp will not give any refunds.
