Another day with a new launch of Smart TV. Xiaomi has changed the TV scenario with their Mi TV in past few years, that we are seeing the launches of Smart TVs at a very high speed. Recently Xiaomi launched their new sets of Mi TVs in India with very aggressive price, and today they launched some more Mi TVs in China. This series is known as Mi Full Screen TV Pro. So without further ado let’s find out what these new TVs will bring within.
These TVs are available in three different screen sizes; 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. Good thing is that all three models share same specs. All three has 4k resolution with HDR10 support. As the name suggests it has almost full screen, with screen to body ratio of up to 97% (do note that there might be slight changes of ratios in different models). The processing of this TV is equally powerful as it supports offline playback whopping 8k resolution. Though it is restricted to 24fps and more efficient h.265 playback, 8k is really a big number for a budget TV.

It comes with Amlogic T972 quad core processor clocked up to 1.9Ghz and is built on 12nm process. It has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The loT hub support is also present here for controlling smart devices across the home. These TVs runs on Patchwall OS that’s based on Android TV OS. It supports built-in XiaoAi assistant for voice commands. We don’t know the inbuilt speaker wattage, but it does support Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. These TVs seems interesting as what Mi TVs always do. But seems like now they are launching a lot of TVs in recent times. This will create confusion to the consumers. Regarding India, as Xiaomi has recently launched new Mi TVs in the country, these new Full Screen TVs look difficult to launch in India soon.
