Two years ago, the Mountain View company Google announced Project Treble and it is meant to speed up the process of updating the latest version of the operating system. Well, today the company shared a post which reveals the growth of the new setup along with that many popular smartphone brands has promised to roll out the new version of the Android operating system before the end of this year.
Google says that OnePlus pushed the public beta update soon after the official announcement of Android 10 and the smartphone brand also started to update its devices. Along with that Xiaomi and Essential also issued Android 10 updates on the same day. Google also says that many smartphone brands such as LG, Motorola, Oppo, Realme, Asus, Samsung, Sony, Transsion, Vivo, and Sharp promised to update its devices to Android 10 by the end of this year.
Moreover, Google also said that the South Korean electronics giant Samsung has accelerated its rollout timeline in this year as the company started the beta update of the newest version of Android on October 12, the company did the same in last year on November 15.
