It is said that the company will be announcing its new Snapdragon mobile processor on March 17. Rumours are suggesting that the company will be announcing the latest Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 1 mobile processor.
It is reported that the upcoming Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 1 will feature lower clock speeds and the mobile processor will have an Adreno 725 GPU running at 580 MHz. The upcoming Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 1 is also expected to outperform MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 and the upcoming Snapdragon chipset will be manufactured on TSMC’s 4nm fabrication node.
Reports are also suggesting that popular smartphone brands have collaborated with the chipset maker for the new devices with the power of the upcoming Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 1 chipset, and it is also expected that the first smartphone with the power of the new chipset will be official before the end of this month.
