360 videos is the future of videography and Acer has launched one such Future proof device that can capture 360 videos. As the company has launched Holo360 camera, at the IFA event in Berlin.
The all-in-one pocket device is powered by Qualcomm’s Connected Camera Platform with SD 625. It also supports 4G LTE and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat so that you can install all your social media applications without any hassle. It also supports Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi and GPS connectivity options.
The Holo360 is a stand alone device which means you won’t need any external device to view the videos as well to share them on social media. You can also capture 360 videos on the go. It sports a 3-inch TFT screen to watch what you have captured.
Coming on the main highlight, it has dual 16MP+16MP setup with f/2.1 aperture. Both the cameras come with Sony IMX298 Exmor RS camera sensor with 187 degrees Field Of View. The also can shoot 4K videos and 24MP images.
Talking about the hardware, it comes with 2 GHz octa core processor from Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with Adreno 506 GPU, 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB eMMC storage that is expandable upto 128GB via micro SD card. It is powered by 2,000 mAh Battery.
Speaking about the pricing, the Acer Halo 360 is priced at $429 and will come in North America in November 2017. It will be available in regions including Europe, Middle East and Africa from Q4 2017.
