The much awaited IFA event has started in Berlin, Germany and Amazon have unveiled its new products at the event. The company has unveiled Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Cube. So, without wasting any time let’s dive into the article to check out the complete details of both the new Amazon products.
Amazon Fire TV
For the Fire TV, the company has joined its hand with Grundig. The device comes in two models – one with far-field voice microphones built-in for hands-free Alexa control and the other without mics. Instead of mics, the TV comes with the regular Alexa voice remote.
The television sports LG OLED display which provides a wide colour gamut and it also supports the HDR10 as well as Dolby Vision. The Grundig Fire TV Edition comes in two sizes — 55-inch and 65-inch along with support for a 10-speaker system with Dolby ATMOS Audio.
With far-field mics variant price starts at €1,299.99 and ships on November 21st, while the regular model costs €1,199.99 and it starts shipping on October 28th. Both the devices will be available in Germany and Austria.
Amazon Fire TV Cube
It has the power of Alexa-enabled smart speakers, and it also supports the far-field voice recognition with eight microphones for hands-free Alexa capabilities, and a hexa-core processor. The device also has a 4K and HDR content up to the Dolby Vision format.
The device can also stream content from various services including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. The new Amazon Fire TV Cube is priced at $120 and its available for pre-order with shipping will start from 10th October.
