It is officially announced that Amazon will charge Rs 49 as a processing fee from the customers of the platform using instant bank discounts of Rs 500 or more. So the shopping platform is actually reducing the overall savings from these offers.
Having said that, the newly introduced processing fee will be charged to all users including Prime members and the new processing fee is non refundable even if an order is cancelled or returned as well.
