As the new Ryzen 3 3100 and Ryzen 3 3300X will offer low-end devices and the pricing starts at $99 only. Everything about AMD Ryzen 3 3100 and Ryzen 3 3300X
Both the newly unveiled Ryzen 3 3100 and the Ryzen 3 3300X coming out with 4 core, 8 thread processors with SMT, 65W TDP and 18MB cache (L2 + L3). Having said that, the Ryzen 3 3100 offers the clock speed at 3.6GHz base/3.9GHz boost while the 3300X is coming with the clock speed at 3.8GHz base/4.3GHz boost. Its the difference between the newly announced items of AMD.
Talking about the pricing and availability details, the brand new Ryzen 3100 starting at $99 while the 3300X will have the price tag of $120, and both will go on sale on May 21.
Along with the latest Ryzen 3 3100 and Ryzen 3 3300X, AMD also unveiled the next generation B550 chipset for the Ryzen 3000 series processors. The newly announced B550 chipset based motherboards will bring PCIe 4.0 to the masses, and the same is currently only available on the expensive X570 motherboards.
It is confirmed that the company will make the same on sale from June 16 and many manufacturers came forward to utilize the power of the chipset and that includes Asus, MSI, and more.
