Google has officially launched Android 8.0 Oreo, and the latest version of Android is coming with many new features. The latest version will allow to get wide theme support for smartphones without even rooting them.
Android O will soon get wide theme support. The Android team is planning to make the new OS looks and feel better by enabling themes. The main highlight of this feature is the themes can be allowed without rooting the devices. But for those who still want some additional feature to explore, they can do so with serious interest. The Android engineering themes have talked about a lot of interesting things hidden inside the Android O and the second developer Preview of Android O may have supported the Overlay Manager Service (OMS) and Runtime Resource Overlay (RRO).This even enables and disables the themes at any time.
While talking about themes, we will never forget about the cyanogen themes which made many Android powered smartphones look colorful and different. Now the cyanogens theme engine is no longer available, other substratum themes may replace it with support to many devices. The new support for wide themes will get users a wide Android system UI, Custom fonts, different status bar and lots more without even rooting the devices.
