Archos, a French company will be showcasing the Android-powered E- scooter at the MWC 2018.
We are in an era of smart gadgets and Android powering major technologies. Right from Smart speaker to Smart Home Appliances, We have everything powered by Android. That’s what IoT is featuring now. A French company, Archos will bring its Android-powered E-scooter soon.
The E-scooter will have an Android console at the center of the handlebar with a 5-inch display, the console is powered by a Quad-Core Processor coupled with 1GB RAM and an 8GB of internal memory. The main thing here is the Android version is Oreo out of the box which does a major part in controlling the Motor efficiently.
The device also supports Playstore which adds additional features like traveling applications on the Go. The device has a 3G connection which helps in accessing directions via Google Maps. We do not have any other details regarding the E- scooter, but as far as we know, this is going to be awesome in future. However, the first thing came to my mind is, “Live Distraction”. We all know how our Android Smartphone distract us while driving, like Text messages, Social Media and Call. I hope the company will also have some solutions to these kinds of distractions while launching the scooter.
