Key Points:
- Microsoft offering another ability for Android users.
- The Your Phone app will allow you to control music.
- It will not support YouTube videos and audible books.
Microsoft’s Your Phone application is just a remarkable, as it allows users to make and receive calls even without touching their phone as they can able to make calls via computer. The application also allows users to send and receive messages and also to view photos on the big screen.
Having said that, the developers of the application are all set to implement a new feature for the Android users and that will make your life easier a little more, as the company is testing a new feature that will allow you to control music via PC. Currently, the feature is available for the windows insider users and the feature allows users to control music on Spotify as well as Amazon Music directly from the PC.
In order to get the feature, a user must need to run a Windows machine that is running on Windows 10 October 2018 update or later along with an Android smartphone that runs on Android 7 or above.
It is worth to mention that the new feature will not support YouTube Music and the audible books at this moment, but we believe that the company will expand the compatibility for those as well.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any information about the availability of the feature for the general users but we believe that the company will complete the testing process very soon and rollout in the coming week. We would like to hear your thoughts about the new capability in the comments section below and stay tuned with us for more interesting news at your fingertips.
